  I have a rescued toy poodle mix, only 7 pounds, that's sensitive to grooms. I love the personal and calming attention she gets here. She comes home happy and looking & smelling great!

  My dog cries of joy...

  My dog loves this place so much he cries when he gets in the car and we're on our way because I am not getting him there fast enough. We go twice a week to day care and he is so well taken care of, have not had any issues like the previous review, at all. When he stays over night they take great care of him. Baths are affordable and high quality.

  Do not take your dog to WAGMORE.

  Very disappointing. TWICE my dog has come home with kennel cough and this time kennel cough AND eye infection. Now, I understand things happen that they can't control, I get it. I should have seen the red flag when I asked to see where my dog would be playing/sleeping and they told me I could not go into the back. NEVER have I not been able to see a kennel facility. Doesn't make sense to me, unless they are trying to cover some mess up. I called both times about the kennel cough- honestly I was so nice and just wanting to know if there was anything else going around that i needed to know about. They acted dumb and said they were not aware he had it. THE DOG COULD NOT BARK. And when he tried to bark he made a horrible gasping sound. Asked about what eye infections were going around... denied that they noticed his eyes. His eyes are RED AND DRAINING PUSS. Literally encrusted over 3 hours after I got home, which means they cleaned him up right before they gave him to me. My dog smelled like TRASH, GARBAGE, dead body bad. I expect a dog smell but this was so horrendous. So a trip to the vet for the eyes ($150), nothing they can do for kennel cough and $100 to have him bathed professionally because I could not get the stink out myself. I feel like the place is DIRTY and they clearly don't tell the truth. I want to stress that I am very laid back and my parents were dog breeders. I didn't write a review the first time because I thought I would be fair and give them another shot. But not this time... oh, and i tried calling them the day I picked him up and numerous times the next day. They would not pick up the phone- interesting because they could see that it was me calling (bet my life on it). HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I am going to try to get the word out. My dog was dirty and sick. Need I say more?
