Horribly Rude and Unprofessional
Katie in Boston
Do not use this company. It's not the walkers - it's the owner. She will be pleasant as punch until you have a complaint. She is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with.

I have heard horror stories about them. i ran into one of the walkers the other day and he had no clue where he was going in the building. All of you should come check out WWW.SITSTAYPLAYDOG.COM.. GREAT SERVICE AND REALLY REALIABLE COUPLE RUN THE BUSINESS!!

Very bad....
Bill in Cambridge
Karen the owner is totally rude and never gets back with you. She has her walkers seriously overbooked so they show up late or not at all. She is a bad manager and seems to care about how much $$ she will make and not the dogs. Don't even think about it - they are awful.

They are the worst!
Mary Ellen in Arlington
Do not use DDT - the walkers did not show up, my dog with separation anxiety was left alone...in her own urine...for hours. We gave the owner 3 chances to fix it. She took no responsibility, refused to credit us the full amount we were owed and she is completely disorganized. There is no way she should be in the dog care business - she has her walkers stretched too thin and i see terrible reviews about her behavior everywhere. Don't do it....they are TERRIBLE.

Horrendous!!
Julie in Boston
They lost my dog, took no responsibility for it and the walker later fessed up that she lost my dog the day prior but someone driving down the road picked her up and delivered her back to them. Within that week they lost 2 other dogs as well and those are just the ones I know about. I have been to the Fells and have seen these off leash companies in action. It is not unusual to see one walker with 15 dogs or so. I would never use these guys ever again and was literally revolted by Karen. She at one point said she "I don't give a sh*t about your dog" while she was missing. Oh and in the interview she told me she had never lost a dog. After my dog went missing I talked to a handful of people who claimed the same, that DDT lost their dog as well.
