Excellent place to bring your furbabies !!!
Jennifer in Sanford
DDA Sanford has been so kind, loving and well respectful to my 4 babies. They are always willing to go above and beyond when ever needed for our babies. My hubby and I have been bringing our girls for about 5 years now. The longest we left them was 14 days approx for our honeymoon to Japan. They were so quick on responding back via email and when I called they were quick to give me my reports on my babies also they were assuring that my babies were in great hands. Every time we pick our girls up they are so happy , plus bringing them to DDA they get so excited and are whinning and barking the whole way and yes they know the way there. It is so heart warming to know after a few years of looking and reviewing places , I am happy to call this my girls 2nd home. They love the staff and the owner Emily is such a great person and owner, she has a huge heart like her staff for the dogs. I am always recommending this place to everyone I know that has doggies. Thanks so much from the bottom of my heart for taking such wonderful care of my 4 babies. We wouldn't go anywhere else but DDA ! Great customer service and the staff is so friendly and caring and all the dogs that come there get treated very well.

Never again...
Robin in Orlando
I've been looking for a daycare/boarding place for my german shepherd puppy. Before making a reservation, I called and explained she needs to be socialized. She is scared of other dogs at first and barks, but once she smells them she warms up to them. I told her I have taken to the dog park and she does fine after she smells all the dogs. They told me they would introduce her to one dog first, then another, until she is comfortable. I took her in on Friday morning and scheduled to pick her up Sunday morning. Around 1pm on Day 1, I check the web cam and they have isolated her in one of the play rooms. No toys. No people. No dogs but her. I literally cried. When I called them about it, they said the group is big and rowdy, they didn't want to scare her anymore but they would socialize her that afternoon. I never saw her in any of the web cams again that day. They made up for it Day 2 because she was all over that web cam with other dogs. But Sunday when I go pick her up- her bed, toys, and her fur all smell like piss. My house trained dog who has never peed on her bed reeks of pee. Long story short, I highly recommend that you never take your dog to this company. I will definitely be looking at other places to give me business to. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I guess one star will have to do.
