Always A Pleasure
Ashely in Oviedo
It is always a pleasure to bring my puppy Nike to this kennel. The staff is always so friendly and give my dog lots of love and attention. Whenever we are going out of town or want to spend the day in the park we will drop him off at this kennel. We are very picky when it comes to the care of our pet and insist on only the best, and this place is the best in Orlando. The facility is big, clean, and offers several accommodations for the dogs. Nike is always happy when we pick him up and always excited when he realizes where we are going. Plus the staff always seems to give him a little extra playtime. The last time he stayed they told us one of the staff members stayed an extra 30 minutes after her shift just to play with our boy. We love them!

Kennel Cough
F.R. in Winston Salem, NC
I had a very bad experience with this kennel! On July 22,2009 my two miniture dachshund's were taken here during my family's visit to the Magic Kingdom. We were wanting them to be able to enjoy vacation too, and not just be cooped up in the room all day. My puppies had their shot records inspected by the staff here upon checkin. However, it seems that not everyone's pet's records were reviewed thoroughly. This was to the disadvantage of my puppies and my family because once returning home, exactly one week later, both pups gave signs and symptoms of tracheobronchitis, also known as kennel cough. They were then diagnosed with this illness by their breeder/vet. The manager was notified of this and did call and inquire about my puppies and their last shots. However, NO offer was made by the manager to reimburse me the monies paid for my two puppies stay for that day. All in all, I paid for my puppies to be in a safe, friendly, fun enviroment; however, what really happened was my money was taken and they contracted a canine illnessat this kennel. To whomever may consider this kennel, be careful! I would not want any one's pet to catch the whooping cough, nor any other illnesses. The sounds of my puppies gasping, barking, and having a scratchy throat, and shortness of breath when exerting themselves playing was very heart wrenching... Especially after I trusted Disney's Magic Kingdom Best Friends Day Care. I did not have a good experience here.
