We strive to meet every customer's complete satisfaction. We love the dogs that visit our shop and we treat them as if they were our own. We would in no way let a dog leave our shop with gaps in their coat unless the dog was matted to the skin and/or completly uncooperative! We do everything possible to work with the dog safely and we do not use muzzles.
Horrible Service NEVER go.

I will NEVER return to this store. We recieved HORRIBLE service (cannot stress enough how awful)! The employees were rude and inconsiderate, and the service they performed was the worst I have ever seen. Our dogs haircut had gaps everywhere, they did not trim their paws like asked. I have never in my life been so disappointed and appalled by any grooming service in my life! DO NOT GO!
