I always board my three dogs there, but this last time it was not a good experience at all. All my dogs smelled like urine when I picked them up. This leads me to believe that they were left in their crates too long and probably used the bathroom there, and stayed and rolled it it. The smell was impregnated really bad on them. My smallest dog is very short, and her whole underside was disgusting and yellow, and her back knee was raw from just sitting there... Also, I always get two adjoining kennels, but this time they gave me a normal sized one and a short one, which I don't think is appropiately sized for two large dogs. I would suggest you ask for a tour of the facilities before you leave your pets there. Look around and make sure you inspect for cleanliness first.
