      Dogs allowed inside. Good ice cream. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the ocean.

      Amazing!!!!!

      The puppies are allowed inside! They have a frozen dish of vanilla yogurt with a dog biscuit in it. Moo & Sevey loved them! The staff was so friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and cool. They had different flavors than typical frozen yogurt shops. Everything we had was great!! Would defiantly come back here!! 6 dog bones from our puppies

      Dogs need Froyo, too!

      Great spot to cool off with your dogs. They even have $2 Froyo with a biscuit for your furry companion.

      Super Rad

      We were super stoked to find the Surfin' Spoon. They are extremely dog friendly. They allow well-behaved dogs inside and even have "Pup Cups" for their doggie guests. My dog, Thrasher, loves to go to the Surfin' Spoon. You MUST try their frozen yogurt, as it is absolutely amazing! Their toppings bar is insane. I appreciate that you can go the healthy or totally unhealthy route depending on your mood too.

      Must-do in the OBX!

      We found Surfin Spoon on bringfido.com and decided to try it out while visiting the OBX with our yellow lab. We met the owner and his Dad here and they were extremely friendly. As the descriptions states, well behaved dogs are permitted inside and they have "pup cups" available for purchase. They are proudly dog-friendly and were thrilled when I told them about this website. Delicious frozen yogurt with a huge variety of toppings and candy in a self-serve setting. Great place, a deifinate must-do!
