  The only one in the area!

  The BCDP is a great place for dogs to run offleash. It's out of town and in the countryside of Martinsburg, PA. It is by membership only. The only drawback is limited availability due to no lighting for night time and it is closed when rainy. Why in the world is someone reviewing it who wants to walk their dog on leash? Makes no sense!

  Dog parks are a great way for dogs to socialize and burn off energy. For those people that complain about others letting the dog off the leash well maybe if you want to leash walk your dog go do it in your neighborhood. This is a DOG park for DOGS

  This is perfect!

  This is actually the real definition of a dog park. You can walk your dog on a leash anywhere your little heart desires. The people with obedient dogs like myself who put time in our dogs and want them to be able to make play friends with other dogs deserve something like this. This is awesome!

  Put your dog on a leash

  I do not want to meet your dog. My dog does not want to meet your dog. If you EVER set up an area where I can walk my dog, ON A LEASH, where everyone else is actually doing the SAME. I'd be there with bells on. I will subscribe and pay a yearly fee, I would drive daily to an area. Not even Holl. School District will enforce their dog leash policy. Not Altoona, No Where that I know of are there people actually willing to obey the LAW. I WANT TO WALK MY DOG
