Davenport Beach in Davenport, CA is dog friendly. Leashed pets are welcome at Davenport Beach, one of a string of beaches clustered around the seaside town of Davenport. Visitors should park in a large gravel lot on the ocean side of Highway 1, near the intersection of Old Coast Road. The beach is accessed by several trails extending from the parking area. Please note that a railway line is situated between the parking lot and Davenport Beach. Dogs must be leashed and clean up after.

This beach is perfect for all dogs. It is an alcove so dogs can't wander too far but gives them enough freedom to roam. Bathrooms are not the best but the beach is worth it. There is a strong undertow so if you have a swimmer, please keep an eye.
