The dog-friendly Lake Skinner Recreation Area is nestled in the rolling hills of Winchester, CA. This beautiful park offers natural vistas and invigorating recreational activities including camping, picnicking, hiking, horseback riding, sailing and fishing. Misleading information!
The price is $6 per person and $2 per animal. I didn’t care so much about the price but found out that the dogs are not aloud within 50ft of any water even the splash pad. There are trails you can hike with your dog but I drove an hour and a half to let my dog go into the water 🤬

Beautiful Views
Dogs loved running around and exploring Lake Skinner. Must pay $6 per person, but it's a small price of preserving this beautiful piece of land.

Very costly
Be prepared to pay $6 per person to get into the lake. Even if you just want to walk around. Absolutely ridiculous
