  Love how it’s not too big not too small. Wish it wouldn’t have so many muddy spots in the park but other than that very good the dogs are always so friendly and so are the people there. I love it so close to the downtown area and my dog loves it a lot

  This is a great dog park, with one exception. Behind or around all of the benches are dirt areas that become mud holes, with muddy water after each rain. This makes it a very difficult situation with dogs who insist on playing in these spots. I would hope the city will lay grass, or some type of stones to prevent the mud holes. After each rain there are pet owners that cannot bring their dogs., as the pet becomes unbelievably muddy. Would be wonderful to have a place to wash off the dog, before getting in the car.

  Kind of small but it works! Usually not over crowded and always extremely friendly people to talk to

  This park needs a Pot-O-Potty for the dogs' owners. This, and the fact that there is no small dog area drop this to 3 Bones rating. This is probably the second best dog park in San Antonio. It is small, but a gem. A few upgrades will make this a 5 Bone rated park. I go here at least twice a week.
