  Nice Park, Loved The Agility Section

  This is a nice shady dog park on Canal road. Good parking. There are separate small and large dog sections. The large dog section has a small agility course with sturdy jumps, a slogan with sturdy poles. We encountered a handful of friendly people and dogs while in Orange Beach recently. One note the fence as I recall is a 4 foot not 5 foot fence. It was clean and people seemed pretty good about cleaning up after their dogs. We have two six month old puppies who need to burn off energy. It’s not the largest park but it is pleasant. We visited this park again March 2023 with our now 2.5 year old pups. no one else was there early on Sunday evening. Loved that. our dogs played and enjoyed the park. This park isn't quite as large as the Gulf Shores dog park which is not far away but that one is often very busy. This was a nice change. I'm impressed with how elk
  cared for the park is and the obvious community support it has. Benches and sections of fence are noted with donor names.

  We loved!

  Fun dog park! Our golden is obsessed with tennis balls, and they had plenty lying around for her to play with. They also have water bowls and a faucet inside the park 🙂

  Great location for on vacation

  we took our active golden retriever and our boxer mix to this park while on vacation. great shaded area with balls and water access. when you wear the dogs out, head down to the tiki bar and bring Fido. they allow dogs on lower deck area while you enjoy a pina colada. major plus!

  Thank you Orange Beach!

  Wonderful facility close to our RV park to let the dog run. Plenty of shade makes coming back this afternoon a must. Water station , dozens of tennis balls to play with and sand to run and dig through.

  Beautiful People and Dogs

  We were in town for a few days and visited twice. We found the local regulars to be a delight. They were watchful and aware of new visitors yet open and friendly once they were comfortable that our dogs was safe.

  Absolutely horrible and over crowded teeny tiny dog park. While we were there a ignorant local lady who thinks she owned the place opened the gate to let the big dogs and aggressive breeds into the small dog park!?!?!? NEVER AGAIN!!!!

  Nice place to stretch

  We stopped here while vacationing to let our dog stretch and run a little off his leash. This was a locals place, but they welcomed our dog. Clean and plenty of obstacles for dogs to play.

  Pam, please go back to LA as your negativity is not appreciated. These are all pretty nice dog parks and sure beats other places I've lived WHERE THERE ARE NONE.

  At Last

  At last a dog park in OBAL! What took you so long! It is a respectable park, not as much room as we are used to at pcola parks...I really like the obstacle course. Nice benches for the human. Lots of tennis balls. Lots of 'regulars' who were very welcoming. Loved the little painted dog stationed outside the fence...nice artsy touch...have not seen anything like that in pcola!

  We had a great time and will be back on our next trip to town. Thanks for the park!
