    INFECTED FACILITY

    DON'T BRING YOUR DOGS HERE

My 6 month old standard poodle and multiple doggy friends of his ended up with kennel cough from this facility. If you check other review sites, this is not an isolated case. No one greeted us for paperwork when we arrived, no one cleaned the facility between private parties/groups, and no one even came to look around until the end of the hour-long reservation when they expected the bill.

Complete negligence on the business's part and ignorance on the part of the employees that were onsite June 9, 2019.

    Very nice, so far

I have taken my black lab to this water park once, so far. Am looking forward to his next visit. All the dogs and owners behaved, and there was always a staff member close, if any problem should arise. It was pretty crowded our first trip, too, so for so many dogs to behave so well was encouraging to see. The staff were helpful, and they make certain of all the animal's shots and protections, and eval the animal for temperament before allowing access...all in all, it is my short list for the water exercise my lab needs for hips and joints...

    NOT FREE

I found two websites that indicate that this dog park is free and open to the public. Furthermore, I found no indication of any fee for the use of the dog park on the park's own website. However, I visited the Country Kennels Dawg Water Park today and was told there is a $12.00 entry fee to use the park. When I told the man at the desk that I saw other websites that said the park was free, the man said that the park has NEVER been free.

Great Place for all size Dogs!

I feel this facility has the nicest people who come regularly. Every employee I have spoken too is friendly ,helpful and genuine . I am guessing the one bad review is because they do not want to admit their dog was not good with other animals. This is what I like most about this place...they ensure all pets and owners play well together :)

    Star Spot

Have been going here since the water park opened. It is a great place to let your dog go be crazy and have fun. The events they have held there are great to. Very well organized and a lot of fun.

    swimming pool area

My dogs love going to the pool. I'm not sure why one if the reviews say the staff wasn't friendly because I have found them to all be very friendly. I have been there 4 times and gave never had a problem. I'm happy that they assure that all digs are friendly. Glad they assure all dogs are up to date with shots. I'm been real happy with the place.

    Cleanliness is NOT everything!!

This place was well cleaned and kept up but it's not a family friendly place. It's meant for just the owner and dog or dogs. Unfortunately in this business it's the people who make the business and they have snooty, rude and snobby customers. The facility judges not just the dog but you. I recommended JC Pooch for a good time for both your dog, family and you!
