Bennett Cerf Dog Park

Bennett Cerf Dog Park is a membership-only dog park in Westminster, MD. Located at Random House Park, this fenced area is just over an acre and is a mix of grass and wood chips where Fido can play off leash. There are benches and buckets for water (bring your own water). Memberships are available through the county website or stop by the Carroll County Recreation and Parks office to sign up. Proof of Rabies vaccine and county tags must be provided. Visit Website

Very clickish -lots of big dogs
very shady -quiet-had to keep going back to find a time for my small dog not to be with big ones
