    Beach?

This is not a beach. It's a rocky area that was hard for my Golden Retrievers to get over. They made it into the water, but REEKED in the car on the 35 minute drive home. I had to take them to Pet Supplies Plus where you can wash your dog yourself.

    SO MANY ROCKS!!!

So we took the pups here to let them swim for a little bit while we were out this way, the first bad feeling we had was when we went to get out out the car there was some shifty looking young adults all hanging out in their cars with no dogs. So because it was both of us and not just me by myself we decided to give the park a try we walked to the shore line and the dogs would have had to get in the water climb over the HUGE rocks and then be able to swim. It looked like a huge vet bill so we decided to get back in the car and leave. Very disappointing for us and the pups :(

    Cute when it's empty

My pup just likes to sit in the water sometimes but there's not much walking room. Good little spot to just eat lunch and wade in the water.

    Park on the Water

I was just looking for a place to bring my doxie where we could both sit in the sun and be by water. We got just that! It is a cared for park with several benches and picnic tables. Lots of people fishing. No sand, but you can walk on the rocky edge and easily dip your toes in (or your dog!).

    Not much for dogs

As an excited fur mom of a big girl I expected at least a "beach" that my dog could get in without her getting hurt, but the rocks and lack of area for her was disappointing.

    What beach?

No actual beach for the pups, just rocks. Disappointed to say the least

    Nice Park

The view from this park is nice, there are swings, a slide, picnic tables, a grill and a port-a-potty for use. Leashed pets are allowed. It's a nice place to relax with your dogs. The beach could use some clean up from time to time, but my dogs are less picky and like to get their feet wet here on hot days!!
