This large community park includes the famous Great Park Balloon, one of the largest tethered helium balloons in the world. Dogs are welcome at the Great Park, including in most areas of the special events. You can even bring your pup for a ride on the Great Park Balloon. Just keep your dog on a leash at all times. We love to go to the Great Park early when there aren’t any sporting events going on. We take him on his long lead and let him explore the grassy areas. There isn’t a ton of shade, so you’ll want to plan on a cool time.
