      Awesome park stop

      Traveling through and this was a great place to let the dog run . Even had doggie (kiddie) pools so our pup could cool down in the heat.

      Nice Park

      I travel to and through DOTHAN several times a year. The park is beautiful but somewhat inconvenient for location. Typically we go to parks for playtime but unfortunately there was no dogs at the park during peak morning hours.

      The park is a wonderful place to take your dog!
      The park is open early this time of year, Mon-Sat
      The grounds are extremely well maintained and staff are very friendly!

      beautiful park...bad hours

      The dog park itself looks very nice, but unfortunately my boy and I couldn't get
      In because the entire park is closed on Sunday until 2 pm. Seems kind of odd that the weekend would have the worst hours?

      The perfect playground for your pup!

      Beautiful setting with plenty of room to run! I love the added touch of tennis balls they have at the front gate. It can be a little hard to find at first, but if you just follow the directions to Eastgate park, you find the dog park nestled toward the back. Once in, you will pass a pond on the right. Just after the pond on your left is the dog park. Lots for your pup to explore! A must for all Wiregrass dog lovers!
