May not be worth the drive, depending on your dog

The park has shaded seating and lots of agility equipment. Decent size and has water w/ water bowls. I was sad to see the pond was gone, but my two labs were content chasing the ball.

Excellent bark park with lots of activities

Lots of things to do. No other dogs when we were there. My dog loved all the things to sniff and navigate. I really love the tribute to the Stephanie inside the park. Thank you to all who made this place possible for these road weary travelers.

    Fun dog park

Worth the drive. Large park. Agility items.
    Dogs loved it. Cute theme.
Fresh water available. Ramadas and picnic tables in park.
Not grassy; some spots were very muddy due to rain.

    Good But Not Great

Kudos for providing a free, privately maintained dog park. It was in decent shape for the time of year (hot, dry, dusty), and lots of agility features (but the “waterfall” is no more). We drove about 20 miles out of our way and wouldnt make that effort again, but would stop if we were passing by. Appreciate that its here for all to use!

    Maybe Nice At One Time...

I bet this park was beautiful once. Now it’s a dirt dust bowl.... and the pond is gone.

    Great Dog Park!

I wish I had this at home! The water feature wasn't there when I went but it was still a great roadtrip stop for the dogs. Will definitely stop agai. when in the area. Bonus . . . benches in the shade.

Awesome! Worth The Extra Few Miles Out Of Our Way

This park was incredible! Both of our pups loved it one for swimming in the man-made pond and the other for the other dogs that he got to chase around. This is simply one of the best parks we’ve been to! Well worth the few miles out of your way if you’re in the Amarillo area

    Loved It

Our dogs had a blast here! We were heading home from New Mexico and this was a great safe and fun area for them to burn some energy before we got back on the road! Wish we had a dog park of this caliber at home!

    So Colorful and Clean

This Park was well worth the drive to stop in and let out pets play !! When you arrive it is quite the attention getter !!! The color scheme of the park is bright Red and Yellow including the sign at the entrance of the park !!! There are so many activities in this park for both pts and people. My 2 had a blast and even though we were in a hurry to drive home, we stayed well over an hour.... There is a boarding kennel right across the street from the park and we were double impressed when staff came over to welcome us and greet our pets !!!! What a pleasant experience to break up an otherwise boring trip back home. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through Amarillo, Texas

    Nicest Park in This Area

They have everything at this park!!! Swimming area for pets(and some people too) agility area, tunnels, toys and benches and shade area for owners. The fencing is 6 ft tall too which makes it safer for pets..... It is very clean and well kept.

    Wow !!!

This park is amazing !! They have a swimming pond, tons of agility equipment Awning for shade and very nice park benches !!! It is all fenced in with tall fencing and they even have a "time out " area if a pet gets unruly. I have never seen any aggression between any pet and I think its because there is so much for them to do....This park is a 10 bone park !!!!

    Worth the drive

We heard about this park from some friends of ours in Amarillo. When we came down for a visit we couldn't wait to take our dogs to Bark Park, They both loved the swimming and couldnt get enough of all the agility equipment..... Going back to Lubbock, they slept all the way home. I highly recommend Bark Park .

    Very Nice Park

We live at the lake and dogs are not allowed to swim or run free there. We hake our pets over to Bark Park several times a week. It is never over crowded My pets love it and I do too

    Very Clean and Well Kept

I have never seen much trash or garbage left in the park...I'm not sure if its because the people visiting are just cleaner or that they do such a great job of keeping thing clean. My dog has a great time swimming and socializing with the other pets and I havent ever had trouble with a dog fight....I give this park a 5 bone rating it's the best park around here
