    Loved it!

In the Covid environment, they weren’t giving treats to 4-legged visitors, but they were still welcome as long as they were on a leash. People had to wear masks in covered areas and social distance throughout, but there was plenty of room. They had a rinse off area on the way out, and in addition to washing our gear, we were able to wash the mud off the dog (the only part she didn’t like). We had a great time and were all worn out by the time we were done.

    VERY dog-friendly

Almost every camper in the campsite has a dog. The staff at Crater of Diamonds will give your dog treats as you walk out onto the diamond field. Dogs are more than welcome to join you on the field but all must be leashed.
