Sibbald Point Provincial Park

  Dog Beach

  I have been trying to find a beach that I can take my dog to. Was very excited to hear about Sibbald Point. When we got there, we were disappointed that the dogs had to be on a leash, but dealt with that. The beach was horrid. It is all rocky even out in the water. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 2 dogs. The adults had to wear shoes in the water because of the rocks and most of the dogs at the beach didn't go in. It should be a beach that can be shared by people AND their pets.

  Designated the worst spots for Pets

  The park administration obviously don't care much for pets. They designated the worst area for pets. It is very rocky and uncomfortable for them to walk. Aside from that, nice park, lots of tables and trees. I could not find any showers.
