  What the other reviewer said is true. The park has not been completed. Parking and entrance are on the opposite side of the park. My dog and I have met some very sweet dogs and owners here and it is a great experience for both of us. I have a small dog so it is important to have a separate area, The photo you have is taken at a new park at a downtown location. It is not the dog park.

  Dog Gone Good Time

  Our 5 month old Jack Russell Mix enjoyed the park. We went 4 times and all in the afternoon/evening. NO dogs what to speak of and we were hoping for one or two to get her socializing. On our last visit the maintenance crew came to cut lawn and trim. A crew of at least 7 guys, all loud and noisy and scared her. So, we know to stay away on Thursday afternoons. The grounds are mostly clean some garbage from humans. But, not bad enough for us not to go again. There is water at both dog areas and since we were alone we go to both. Biggest complaint is parking is on one side and you have to walk around to get to the entrance, New people don't know that. And the parking on the side were the entrance is has no way to cross over a ditch so you have to walk the road. So, we park were we have to walk around on grass to entrance.
