Highly Recommended!
This is a great park/trail with a lot of different things to do. Good for both dogs and kids. There’s a dog park, playground, a few different trails, a bathroom (closed in winter), water fountains, picnic areas, canal museum, canal boat ride, etc. (note, I’m not sure if dogs are allowed in the museum or boat). I like taking our dog here as the trails are wide and paved. An added bonus, in one direction the trail is mostly covered by trees and we like going that way if there’s a light rain (except for winter of course).
