  Our pup was welcomed with a homemade treat that is sold in the store as well as a hug. My wife loves their clothing as they are made with quality fabric. I loved to see them shop together!

  Nice black dog store! they had lots of apparel and accessories for owners and dogs. the water bowl out front was loved by Bagel. also the treat was a nice touch.

  Didn't really find any merchandise we were interested in here, but it was one of many dog-friendly shops along River Street.

  Love The Black Dog!

  We stopped in Savannah on a road trip just to visit this store. A nice selection of merchandise and friendly staff. The girl working treated us to the story of how the general store was started. We did not have our dog with us but another gentleman came in with his dog to look around and I was happy to find the store dog-friendly. Will definitely go back to Savannah with our dog next time. Love the selection of merchandise for both people and dogs!
