    Breckenridge "BreckConnect" Gondola

    Give Fido the chance to see the world from above on the Breckenridge "BreckConnect" Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride for both people and pets and runs from mid-June through mid-September, and all of ski season. BreckConnect glides over a wildlife preserve and to the top of Peak 8 in the Rocky Mountains, making several stops along the way. Leashed dogs are allowed on the Gondola and can explore the base of Peaks 7 and 8. The Breckenridge Gondola is in operation from 8am to 5pm. Parking fees may vary throughout the year. Visit Website

      Awesome adventure with the pup

      my dog didn’t necessarily love being on the gondola but it was a nice adventure to take with him & see beautiful colorado. BreckConnect was very accommodating & let us have our own gondola & the line went fast!!

      Welcomes Dogs

      We used the BreckConnect gondola while visiting Breckenridge and it was definitely dog friendly. We actually got stuck on peak 8 when lightning shut the gondola down and we weren’t allowed
      into any of the buildings with our dog. Luckily, the bus station with rides back down into Breck was also dog friendly and allowed us to bring him back down on the bus with us!

      Great day!

      We took our 2 large dogs up the Gondola & got off at peak 8 where all the action is. We hiked around the area & had lunch up there. It was a fantastic day & very dog friendly!
