Lake Guntersville State Park

Lake Guntersville State Park is a dog-friendly recreational are along the banks of the Tennessee River in Guntersville, AL. Home to 6,000 acres of natural woodlands, you and your pup can enjoy the outdoor nature center, fishing in Alabama’s largest lake, 36 miles of hiking trails, weekly guided hikes and a day-use area. Dogs are welcome in most areas of the park as long as they are leashed. Dogs are not allowed in stores, food service areas, bathhouse, pool or swimming areas. Visit Website

    Amazing place

    Very dog friendly so many trails to hike the camp ground has a small dog area. Will go back
