  Updated Dog Policy

  We used to love bringing our dog to Switchyard because it was one of the only places you could actually bring your dog inside the building. Since Switchyard has incorporated food into their establishment, dogs are no longer allowed inside. It’s a bummer, but they do have an outside patio where you can bring your dog. Even though you can’t bring them inside, Switchyard itself is fantastic!! 3 stars due to the dog policy change, not the quality of the beer or business.

  We stopped here during our visit to Bloomington specifically because we saw we could take the dogs inside and it was pouring. The staff was wonderful. They offered us a bowl of water for our dogs to drink. There were 3 other dogs there when we arrived. They had a large selection of craft beers, as well as some wines.
