Kuliouou Ridge Trail

Kuliouou Ridge Trail is a popular Hawaiian hike near Honolulu that winds through the tall forest of pine trees; a totally different vibe to most hikes on the island. You'll feel like you're in the wilds of Canada, rather than the island of Hawaii. There are a number of overlooks along the way, including one of Kuliouou Valley. Mostly Shaded!
Great hike to set out on with your pup. Shaded switchbacks make for a mild climb until you get to the stairs at the last little jaunt. majority of the hike is shaded. Lots of happy pups on the trail!
