      Lakeside Relaxation

      Growing up in the Midwest, I found it a little weird to have lakes that you aren't allowed to swim in, but if you are looking for a lake to enjoy a picnic by then Lynx Lake is it. We stayed at Hilltop Campground, which was walking distance from the boat ramp. Our pup is afraid of water anyway, so this was a perfect getaway for a day by the lake.

      Coco loved Lynx Lake

      Easy shaded trails. Strong signal for phone. Many first come ramadas with grills.

      Only two miles away from a Costco.

      Fills up quick in the summer so come early.

      A wonderful place for a picnic.
