Great location, no fun for dogs

this place is nice and I go almost daily because it’s a big fenced in area for my dog to explore and smell which he loves to do as a hound dog and there isn’t any other places near by that he can do that. but everyone who goes here feels the need to just walk the perimeter with their dog. I call it a WALK YOUR DOG PARK because 9/10 people don’t allow their dogs to even play with the other dogs. why go to a dog park just to pull your dog away from other dogs looking to play?? go take them for a walk on a path. let the dogs play 😑

    Big and beautiful!

We’ve had many great experiences at this dog park. Huge acreage with tall fence all the way around it. In summer, the middle is left to grow with tall grasses while a path is cut all around at the fence. The usual dog park rules apply, but if you cannot find your own dog’s poop you’ll find some other’s and please pick that up instead. Owners can walk around the park or take a break on the benches atop the mound, with a view of the entire area, while their dog plays nearby. Port-a-Johns on site for we humans! Sitting high, this area is usually quite breezy.

    GREAT LOCATION. IT ENDS THERE.

This is a spectacular rural space in fenced off preserved farmland. Open sunrise to sunset. It's about 5 acres. Unfortunately, there are so many RULES unattainable by even the most conscientious dog owners. It is a self-governing dog park, as are most. Here, the regulars congregate on the septic mound to decide who they are going to intimidate next. This space is more about the people fitting in, than the actual dogs. Diversity is not embraced here. Such a magnificent space with such narrow minded, often hostile dog owners. A shame and a loss.
