    Not for all dogs!

We planned on taking our chihuahua mix on this hike, but was forewarned by a local that there were lots of steep up and downs on this hike. I’m glad we didn’t take our little guy there. It had been raining the week before and the trail was muddy and you have to maneuver between and up and down over rocks. I wouldn’t recommend this for small dogs. one gal told me she had a backpack to put her pup in to handle some of the trail. There were several larger dogs there and they had no problem.

Great hike for all levels and sizes of hikers and their dogs. Fabulous views of three states from top.
