      Great location!

      My dog loves to lay beside me on the beach, or swim in the water together. While she does have to stay leashed, she doesn't mind, and I think it helps keep dogs from running up to people or other dogs that may not appreciate the extra affection. The beach is well kept, and everyone appears to do a decent job of cleaning up after themselves and their pups.

      Tiny white sand beach close to bridge

      if you don’t want to make a long trip through the island this was a good alternative. it’s small and lots of boats to the left of the dock, but had bathrooms and a rinsing station.
