Duboce Park Dog Play Area

Duboce Park Dog Play Area is a pet-friendly recreational area in San Francisco, CA. Let your pet roam free in this large, green park, though be careful as the area is not fenced. Dog owners are reminded to clean up any mess that is left behind. Pets must be current on all vaccinations, non-destructive, and leashed outside of the off-leash area. We like it, but not for everyone
This is one of our neighborhood parks, we come here all the time. It is a VERY busy dog park and has a long unfenced side along a MUNI route...so if your dog has a tendency to bolt for any reason...Duboce Park is probably not for you! There are so many options in SF, pick one where your dog will be safe. That said I'm often here twice in a day, and have never had an issue with my own dog @ Duboce. Lots of neighborhood people and dogs, just hanging out and getting some sun, and the Park Cafe on the corner has good coffee and people treats..as well as the best dog "hitching post" I've ever used, I'll snap a photo and see if I can add it later,

Pretty but not fenced
Lovely lawn but make sure your dog has excellent recall. MUNI runs on Duboce so it is dangerous if she doesn't. It is a very nice (small) play area in a charming neighborhood.
