      Great dog park!

      This dog park is well maintained and has many regulars with very friendly and well socialized dogs. There's a Facebook group where meetups are planned. There are many large dogs that I have no qualms about taking my 20lb corgi to the large side to play with.

      However, there are the occasional poorly behaved dogs that come in. I recommend watching the dogs and having a through the fence greeting before coming in. Once you figure out who plays nicely, the park is a great place to go!

      New Dog Park & It's Great

      Opened October '20 just off the walking trail in Mount Airy. Seperate area for large and small dogs with plenty of room.
