    Great dog park

Took my pup here recently and it was great. Unfortunately we were the only ones there but still had a good time. It’s open year round so that’s definitely a perk. $10 for the day, small trails in the back, huge play area for the dogs out front, two dirt mounds, toys all over and even a fireplace. Several lawn chairs available too.

Off leash swimming and fun trails

The pond is great for swimming, it is about the size of a backyard swimming pool! The dogs love running through the off leash trails behind the shed. There are a couple things I don't care for about this park though - owners who go here don't seem to pick up after their dogs so there is usually a lot of other dog poop for your dog to sniff (which they can get sick from) and the prices are steep ($10 for 1 day or $45 for a month). Regardless, it is hard to find places to take your dog to swim off leash in the Metro Detroit area so this is still a really great option!!

    Great place to swim!

Great place to take your dog to swim off leash! Pond was clean & they had extra water toys around that my dog liked better than the ones I brought for him!

    Great dog park!

My boyfriend and I brought our 7 month old aussie (Jolene) here before visiting family for the weekend, and it was wonderful!
The pond was clean, tons of space to run, dirt hills to play on, tall grass to run through! I was extremely comfortable with my pup playing there. All owners had shock collars on their dogs, just as a precautionary I'm sure because all of the dogs were friendly and playful!
One of the owners even went out of her way to show us where to find brushes, and help us get all of the burs out of Jolene's fur, which is a task with all of her fluff!
We loved and greatly appreciated this dog park and the company there!

    Great experience!

We live out of town and found this dog park on line. We have border collie puppies who were in desperate need of some space to run. There were only a few people there with their dogs, everyone was really friendly and kept a close eye on their dogs. The park is beautiful
    - really well kept up and very clean. The pond was clean and our dog enjoyed swimming in it. We're really excited to have found such a beautiful spot to bring our dogs as we're in the area often.

    What happened to this place?

I used to love going here with my dogs. We moved out of town so I stopped going. We were back in the area over the weekend and I decided to take the girls up there. Huge mistake. The parking area wasnt even plowed at all, people were parked in the street. I got my truck in with no problem so I didnt think anything of it. We got there and there were about 10 dogs and 1 human. Turns out the other owners were in the barn/training area, while their dogs ran around with no supervision. So we went for a walk around the property and came back to the main area and started talking to the one owner that was out there. All of a sudden the ladies 2 dogs started attacking my one dog! The lady didnt do a thing, she just stood there and watched. I was trying to call the dogs off but that didn't work. This guy who was there with his dog ran over and pulled the bigger dog off my dog and I was able to get the smaller dog off mine. The lady just laughed, meanwhile my dog was a shivering little ball on the ground. I checked my dog over for any bleeding but she seemed fine. I grabbed my two dogs and got out of there as fast as I could. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never go back to this place.

    Awesome Dog Park

I found this gem of a dog park about six months ago and have been taking my dog there 4-5 times per week. The people are all very friendly, helpful, and good at keeping an eye on the dogs. There are about 5 acres of fenced in area, with separations for small and large dogs. The pond is our dogs favorite, and she also likes the indoor agility room to work on some new tricks. Doing the monthly membership is definitely worth the value if you become a regular.

    Love it!

I love this park! They have a pond for the dogs to play in, 3 separate fenced in areas, an indoor agility course and a walking trail around the back. The owner is amazing and offers over night boarding for dogs as well. She also offers off leash training which we took full advantage of for our puppy. We have never had any problems here!
