  best view of the city but noone picks up the poop

  Very nice view of the harbor and city once you make it up on the top level . I noticed alot of feces which is unfortunate for such a landmark.

  Nice area but could be better

  Nice area to walk around the harbor. Lots of people, waterfowl, activities. Didn’t see any areas for dogs to relieve themselves or any cleanup bags. Lots of food trash overflowing in bins, so keep your dog away from them. Good area to socialize and desensitize.

  Nice Walk With A View!

  Brought my Schnoodle puppy here for a little weekend stroll. Beautiful (dare I say best) view of the city! Walked from Fed Hill all the way around the harbor near Phillips Seafood and Dicks Last Resort and back. Not much for your dog to do, no off leash area or dog park or anything but definitely a nice stroll and good exercise/tiring out session for the pup. Will most definitely be back!

  One of my favorite places in the city to go to with the BEST views and my dog loves it here as well!
