Dogs no longer allowed 1/1/24
Learned while planning a trip out to Fredericksburg for my boyfriend and I that they are changing their pet policy to only allow members to bring a dog to the winery. Starting 1/1/24 they will no longer allow dogs for non-members, which is just such a bummer. We won’t be visiting :( we didn’t want to leave our pup home in Austin for a weekend trip and our airbnb doesn’t allow you to leave dogs unattended in the home. It’s such a bummer that all the Fredericksburg wineries are pretty much anti-dog even outdoors…

My favorite place for wine tasting
We truly enjoy the lovely tree shaded outdoor wine tasting area. Quiet and relaxing and plenty of places for a pet to stretch their legs or just take a nap while owners sip and savor.
