Franklin Community Park
Franklin Community Park is a dog-friendly recreational area in Santa Rosa, CA. Leashed dogs are welcome to explore the nearly fourteen-acre park alongside their human companions. Once the site of a defunct sawmill, the Park now features barbecues, picnic tables, athletic fields, a clubhouse, parking, a playground, and restrooms. Franklin Park is open from sunrise to sunset.

No longer off leash allowed at any time. As of January 2016 a $250 fine will be issued.

This is actually a soccer field, but everyone here is cool with the dogs playing off leash. I highly recommend for just throwing the ball
