Off Leash at Kennedy Park?
The only off leash area is a non-paved side path from the walking bridge near the overpass going south until you come to the paved path again. What you get on this path is the brown burr thistles one must cut out of longer dog hair and tons of ticks the closer you get the the river. We've literally had hundred on the dog and our clothes, which is really disgusting!!. All the other area, including paved areas are leash only!
