Don't go here. Two of my friends have been harassed and followed through the park. Shady!

Hobo hang out
I wouldn't recommend this park for tourists. it may be worth a walk through just so you can see some of the homeless people that lurk downtown. There are numerous beautiful parks in Bellingham and this is not one of them. Try Whatcom Falls, Cornwall, Lake Padden, boulevard, these are all five star for sure.
