    sweet park

We love this dog park. Our big dog loves the size and open format of this park, as he can run around and always spot any newcomers who may need to be welcomed. We love it because we can readily see what is happening and intervene quickly if needed, and parking is readily accessible. There is a great bubbling water fountain so no common water bowls are needed. We also really appreciate the wood chip surface because it does not become muddy or slippery, and I think it's safer than astroturf. Although I recently heard of a truly tragic situation that occurred here earlier this year, our experiences with both dogs and humans at this park have been very positive during the roughly 18 months we've been coming on weekends. Happy that it is an option!

    Pretty good!

This is a a handy little dog park. There are two distinct sides -- one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. I think the other reviewer, didn't notice the small dog side. Don't blame her -- it's small! Too small really. If you have a 20 pound snorkie that loves to run it's too small. The large dog size is considerably larger and better, but if the really big guys are there watch out. The reason it gets 4 bones instead of 5. Wood bark ( yucky stuff can't find your dog's poo and neither can anyone else. ICK! ) Small dog size too small, and it's too hard to find the exact right time to go. It can be pretty empty. Of course, my schedule might be the problems. LOL! So 4 bones!

    Beautiful Doggie Park

Lucky loved this doggie park!! It was in a quiet residential area, about 10 minutes away from LAX. It was nicely set up, with 2 separate areas. There wasn't really an area for "big dogs" and "smaller dogs"; instead it was all dogs mixed together, which I thought was really nice. The people who were there were super friendly, parking was easy to find, and there were water fountains in the park for the dogs to drink out of. Visit this park!! :)
