Lancaster Junction Trail

The Lancaster Junction Trail is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Manheim! The map below shows a parking area with convenient access to the Lancaster Junction Trail. Great place!

this was just what me and my pup needed. it was well shaded. the only downfall is there wasn’t any garbage cans on the trail, so you have hold your pups poop bags. also, for anyone that has a dog that pulls please be aware there are some drops along the trail.

    Short and sweet

This trail is maybe 2.5 miles long but it has some creek access which is nice on a hot day. It is well shaded.
