Mount Wilcox and Otter Mountain Trail is a 6.8 mile dog-friendly hike in Arapaho National Forest that will take about 8 hours to complete with Fido. Located near Dillon, CO, this loop hike will take you above the timberline, on a 12,000-foot peak. This hike should only be done early in the day and in good weather. You will definitely want to bring along a topographical map.
