beautiful but beware
This trail is really beautiful with change in scenery from something off an inhabited version of Mars to wide seascapes. Breathtaking. However, it has challenging portions that some people (and some dogs) may not be able to conquer. Also, don't bring a dog that does not reliably hike right beside with a handsfree leash the whole time. There was a ranger giving out leash tickets when we went, even though the terrain demands you sometimes aren't holding the leash, for your own safety.

Great Walking Trail!
Such a beautiful place to walk with your dog. Little saddened that lots of the trails around are off because of the fires. But nature make all become healthier
