  Need some TLC Lowell Dog Park

  Dog park in Lowell Ma has been neglected all Sumner. Doesnt the city care or no? Why do they have this dog park if they not gonna keep up with it though they take tax payers money no problem. Loved it when it was taken care of now its a infestation of over grown weeds,pollen,trash,bee hives and ticks galore. My dog use to smile when we pulled in and niw crys

  I've driven past it, and wondered why it's still even open. I'd never step foot in there with my dog. People have found used hypodermic needles there. I'm all set. I'd give it a zero if it would let me

  The park is overrun and neglected. There is no indication of any use, so unsure how many people use it. I like parks to myself, so no complaints on that part. The park was clean, as there is minimal use. A little hard to find as the address listed is incorrect.

  Smells, no green space, dirty, dog feces all over the place. Horrible!

  No one picks up after their dog, there is dog poop everywhere. People in the apartment building just let their dogs out to go in there then call them back. And no one is ever there.

  Park was well kept. Clean. Rocky area. Dogs and owner were very friendly. My dog had a great time.
