Wells Beach Wells Beach is a pet-friendly spot for Fido in Wells, ME. From April 1 until June 15, dogs must be leashed and under control of a responsible person at all times. From June 15 until September 15, dogs are only permitted on the beach from 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM and they must be leashed and under control of a responsible person.
