Napatree Point Conservation Area Dogs are welcome on the beach at the pet-friendly Napatree Point Conservation Area in Westerly, RI, during certain times of the year. Pets are prohibited from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, May 2 through Labor Day. The rest of the year, registered leashed pups are allowed anytime.
