Pet Friendly Singing Beach
Singing Beach Known for sand that makes a noise when walked on dry, Singing Beach welcomes licensed and vaccinated dogs from October 15 through April 14. There is a $5 per person walk-on fee charged from 9am to 5pm when the staff is on duty. Owners are asked to clean up after their dogs, keep an eye on them, and maintain verbal control when they are playing off-leash. Each person is allowed to bring two dogs with them to the Beach, and pets must be wearing collars with identification. Those who violate Singing Beach's rules are subject to fines, and dog owners are liable for injuries and damages caused by their pets. For parking information, see Singing Beaches' official website. Pet Friendly Herring Cove
Herring Cove Herring Cove has miles of dog-friendly beaches to offer along the Massachusetts Bay side of Provincetown. Bring Fido for a walk along the shore while you take in some sunshine and scenic coastal views. Pets must be cleaned up after and leashed at all times during their visit. See Details
Good Harbor Beach Dogs are welcome on Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, MA, during the pet-friendly off-season from October 1st to March 31st. Fido can play both on or off-leash in the surf and on the sand during these dates. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach from April 1st to September 30th. See Details
Plum Island Point Beach Plum Island Point Beach is a pet-friendly beach in Newburyport, MA. Dogs are welcome to join their owners on the beach without a leash from October 15th to May 15th. Unfortunately, pups are never allowed on the Plum Island Refuge. The off-leash section of the beach is by the lighthouse and Captain's Lady. Dogs are not permitted on the beach from May 15th through October 15th. See Details
Crane Beach Crane Beach is a popular dog-friendly beach in Ipswich, MA. Dogs are welcome between October 1 and March 31 and must remain leashed at all times. Access is free for members and there is a nominal fee for non-members. Advance passes are highly recommended due to the popularity of this beach. Please note that dogs are not allowed on Steep Hill Beach, the trails, or in the dunes. See Details
Marconi Beach Marconi Beach, known for its massive sand dunes, is a pet-friendly attraction in Wellfleet, MA. Your leashed pet is welcome to join you for a walk along the shore with scenic views. The beach is accessible via a set of stairs, and restrooms are open seasonally. Please ensure Fido is on a leash no longer than six feet. See Details
Plum Cove Beach Plum Cove Beach in Gloucester, MA, is dog-friendly during certain months of the year. Dogs are permitted, and are even allowed off-leash, from October 1 to April 30. To preserve the cleanliness of the beach, make sure you clean up after Fido. Please note that dogs are prohibited from May 1 to September 30. See Details

Sandy Neck Beach Your pet can come with you during the off season from September 15 to May 15 at Sandy Neck Beach in Barnstable, MA. Gooseberry Island Public Boat Launch Leashed dogs are allowed at Gooseberry Island Public Boat Launch, a pet-friendly rocky beach in Westport, MA. This paved ramp offers scenic views of the Massachusetts' coastline. Pups can even enjoy a swim in the shallow waters adjacent to the rocky beach. Please note that the nearby Horseneck Beach State Reservation does not allow dogs from April 1st through September 15th, so be cautious of how far you and Fido stray from the boat ramp during the summer months.
