Open April through November, the park offers four trails of varying degrees of difficulty, making the falls accessible to visitors of all ability levels. The park is closed from December through March, and operations are weather dependent in April and November.

W. Leroy Lewis Dog Park, previously Middle Smithfield Township Dog Park, is conveniently located right off of Route 209 in East Stroudsburg, PA. This beautiful, large park has separate sections for large and small dogs, a gravel walking path around the outside of the off-leash areas, shade trees, seating and 6' tall fences. A water spigot is located in the parking lot to provide water for the dogs. In the winter, the park is home to the Township’s temporary ice rink for skating.
