Chester Linear Park The Chester Linear Park is one of 1600 rail-trails supported by Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, a nonprofit organization that is working to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors. Previously an unused railroad corridor, this "rail-trail" is now a great place to walk Fido in Chester! The map below shows a parking area with convenient access to the Chester Linear Park. Chester Dog Park at Goyne Park Chester Dog Park at Goyne Park is pet-friendly. This dog park is a great place to bring Fido for an off-leash stretch of the legs. The first phase features a small dog run and an eight-foot wide walking path that winds for 220-feet. There's also an 80-foot release foyer area.
