Onslow County Beach Access #2 Onslow County Beach Access #2 is a pet-friendly access point to North Topsail Beach's stretch of sand. Dogs may not run free within Onslow Beach Recreation Area and must be kept on a leash no longer than 10 feet. Dogs are only allowed beach access at the Pet Beach located south of the Sand Dollar Shores Pavilion. Dog owners are reminded to clean up any mess that is left behind.
